Drop-shipping Information:

Selling on eBay, Overstock.com or another Auction site? We are wholesale to the public and offer a free drop-shipping program, however, be sure to read through the information below to familiarize yourself with our policies regarding drop-shipping.

What is Drop-shipping?

Drop-shipping is the procedure in which a retailer does not stock the goods they offer for sale but instead, once a sale is made, uses a wholesaler to ship the goods to their customers for them. The retailer makes their money on the difference between the price they sold the item for and the cost the wholesaler charges them.

Is there a fee for using your Drop Ship Services?

Unlike most drop-shippers, J and C Gifts does not charge a fee to their customers in order to use the drop ship program. Our drop-shipping program is "free". You will only pay for the item(s) you buy plus shipping charges. This puts all the profits into your pocket.

Can I use your pictures and descriptions?

As long as you will be using us to drop-ship the item(s), you may use our pictures and descriptions. You may edit any item picture you like or change the descriptions if you like when listing our items for sale.

How do I add your items to my Auction page?

You will need to copy our pictures to your computer. Create a folder on your desktop and name it ebay, Go to the picture you wish to copy from our website, right click on the image and select "Save Image As". On the screen that pops up, navigate to your picture folder on your desktop and save the picture to that folder. You can then upload the image to your auction using Turbo Lister, or using the eBay Online Auction Lister or one of the other Auction sites bulk lister.

Adding the description is easy. Simply copy and paste the description from the item page on our website into the Description box when listing your auction.

Can I list your items on my website?

You can list our items to your website if you like. To help you add our items, we have created a database of our items. You can download a CSV file of our products here: J and C Gifts and our inventory stats here:  J and C Gifts You may need to make changes to the header before uploading to your website. We update our inventory file daily and update the products file when we add new items.

How do you know my order is to be drop-shipped?

When you checkout, simply enter your customers address in the "Shipping Information" section when checking out. We will always ship to the address entered in the shipping section. Make sure it is correct. We are sorry but, We do not accept Paypal. If using a Credit Card, use your billing address in the "Billing Information" section.

What if you are out of stock on an item I am selling?

You will need to check our Out Of Stock list to get an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the item. If the item is not listed, please contact us for an ETA.

Are their any restrictions on using your Drop-shipping Program?

1) To use our drop-shipping program, you must create an account with us. This is free to do and only takes a few minutes
